These transaction terms and conditions formulated by Yigang E-commerce (Liangshan) Co., Ltd. apply to all online browsing, consultation, ordering, transactions, delivery and after-sales services of daily necessities, household goods, kitchen and bathroom supplies, storage products and office daily necessities sold by the company. By browsing products, placing orders and completing purchases in our store, users are deemed to have voluntarily read, understood and fully agreed to all the contents of these terms. All product styles, colors, specifications, parameters, prices and promotional information are subject to real-time store display and the final confirmed order. Product images are for visual display only. Slight differences caused by shooting light, screen color difference and minor batch updates shall not be regarded as quality problems and will not be notified separately. All product quotations do not include taxes and freight charges. Invoices can be issued through separate negotiation if required. Orders are only confirmed and stock reserved after full payment. Unpaid orders will not be retained. We reserve the right to adjust or refund orders due to insufficient inventory, manufacturer price adjustment or product discontinuation. Conventional in-stock daily goods will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days after payment. The delivery cycle of bulk orders and customized products shall be subject to mutual confirmation. We shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by statutory holidays, logistics suspension, bad weather, supply chain delays, epidemic control and other force majeure factors. Customers must inspect the package appearance, product quantity, integrity and accessories before signing for delivery. After successful signature confirmation, the product condition is deemed correct, and no claims for logistics damage, missing parts or stains will be accepted afterwards. As non-standard daily consumables, products support returns and exchanges if they are unused, undamaged and resalable. For returns caused by personal preference or subjective dissatisfaction, the round-trip freight shall be borne by the buyer. Products that have been used, damaged or contaminated and cannot be resold are not eligible for return or exchange. We provide standard after-sales service for confirmed factory quality problems. Damages caused by artificial destruction, unauthorized modification and improper use are not covered by after-sales guarantees. All transactions follow the payment-before-delivery rule. Cash on delivery, credit sales and monthly settlement are not supported. Customers shall bear all logistics losses, inventory losses and operating costs caused by unreasonable refusal of delivery, malicious order cancellation and order abandonment. All store pictures, videos, copywriting and design content are protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized copying, modification and commercial use are strictly prohibited, and we reserve the right to pursue legal liability for infringement. Any disputes arising from transactions shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the People’s Court of Liangshan County for judgment. The Chinese and English versions of these terms have equal legal effect. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail.
